2023 Citizen of the year Nomination Form

The Citizen of the Year Award is selected by a committee that includes the immediate past Citizen of the Year, three to four previous Citizens of the Year who represent a Chamber Member Business/Organization, a Chamber staff representative, a representative of the title sponsor and a member at large of the committee’s choosing. The recipient will be announced at the Annual Dinner & Awards Ceremony hosted by the Shiawassee Regional Chamber of Commerce on June 8, 2023.

Deadline to submit nomination will be Friday, April 21, 2023 at 4:00pm

ELIGIBILITY: The nominee must have been a Shiawassee County resident for at least two(2) years, and have a Shiawassee County mailing address. The individual must have demonstrated an active interest and significant involvement in community affairs and has, through their efforts, contributed to the betterment of the community.
