"Building an Accessible Community" Forum

Presented by Michigan Disability Rights Coalition Connections for Leadership and the Shiawassee Regional Interagency Consumer Committee (RICC)

At this informational forum, you will:

-Learn what makes an accessible community

-Practice skills needed to develop leadership in self-advocacy

-Connect with other people in your community who want inclusion for all

Where: Baker College of Owosso Welcome Center, 1309 S. M52, Owosso

When: Wednesday, March 19th, 2008

Time: 9:30 am - 3:30 pm

Cost:

FREE for General Public and Person with a Disability

$15 for Professional

Must RSVP no later than Wednesday, March 12th by calling 989-723-7377 to receive continental breakfast and lunch.

Sign language interpreter and any other assistance or accommodations will be available upon request and must be indicated at the time of reservation.
