YMCA Mission Possible VI

MISSION POSSIBLE
(Ages 16 +)
You have heard all the success stories, now it is your turn!
The mission is easy should you choose to accept it.
* Get a team of 5 people who want to lose weight together and come up with a name.
* Weigh-In every Wednesday between 5 am – 8 pm.
* Pledge to lose at least 5 lbs during the program.
* Special exercise classes for specifically for Mission Possible participants.
* Dietician or Nutritionist brought in to discuss staying healthy.

Cost: $25/Member, $30/Community Member
